We offer complete development services, including site selection, land acquisition, entitlements (zoning, permitting, archaeological and wetlands surveys, environmental assessments), financial modeling and loan placement, and build-to-suit construction.

Our recent development work includes a 50,000 square foot psychiatric hospital, two 15,900 square foot single-tenant medical office buildings, multiple single-tenant buildings for national automotive service retailers, an 8,000 square foot medical/dental office, and a 4,000 square foot single-tenant restaurant for a regional chain with 70+ locations for which we are a preferred developer.

We are also a preferred developer for Family Dollar and have completed retrofits for Dollar General and Dollar Tree. â€‹
