Our recent development work includes two 15,900 square foot single-tenant medical office buildings, two single-tenant buildings for national automotive service retailers, an 8,000 square foot medical/dental office, and a 4,000 square foot single-tenant restaurant for a regional chain with 70+ locations for which we are a preferred developer.
We are also a preferred developer for Family Dollar and have completed retrofits for 36+ Dollar stores including Dollar General and Dollar Tree.
